A longhorn win, late night dancing at Caps Piano
Bar, and Battle Red at the Texans game equals birthday weekend success! And to
add icing on the cake, I found the perfect touch of vegan leather for every
outfit along the way. It’s just too bad I wasn’t turning thirty “faux.”
Saturday morning I started off the day in my new
favorite skirt. It’s faux, it’s burnt orange, and it’s from Forever 21. What’s
not to love? We had family over for lunch and celebrated with candles and cake.
Of course, Graham stole the show with those angel blue eyes, chubby cheeks, and
killer smile. He makes my heart melt every time he laughs and Saturday was full
of lots of smiles and giggles.

That night Brian and I went out for a date night
dinner to Coppa….The perfect spot for piling on all my favorite trends in one
outfit…black and white, leopard, and leather.

After dinner we made the most of the “extra hour” by
dancing the night away at Caps Piano Bar. While it has nothing on Sammy’s, it’s
location is hard to beat and the tunes weren’t too bad either.
We ended our weekend with some Sunday Night Football
watching the Texans play. Battle Red and a chilly night with the roof open at
Reliant called for one last Vegan Touch. This red jacket was another Forever 21
perfect find.

We had the best time watching Case play and were so
proud of all he did for the team! We can’t thank David and Katherine enough for
such great tickets and getting a chance to watch the game in person.
